Of all the purchases I made at Best Buy over the years - this is absolutely one of the best purchases i made at Best Buy. Don't get me wrong, while having bought expensive TV's and audio equipment has given hours of joy, this really allows you to ask for help, get installations done as part of the service and extends the warranty offered by Best Buy. The savings on the installation alone makes it worth every penny. I'm not the most technically savvy person so being able to get the tech support at any time is really helpful!!

Had m6 daughters tablet replaced when it stopped powering up for no reason. It was a pretty easy process unlike some protection plans that never pay out this ine is actually useful

What I really liked is the beautiful picture and the ease of setting it up--I already had a Google pixel 7 pro. It's pretty amazing that you can just speak into the microphone on the remote and tell the TV what to do. I watched a movie last night and it was scarily clear and sharp. I felt like I was there. If you're a fan of Google at all, or simply accept them as the information standard, you can't go wrong. And this TV was only $209 plus tax. Hallelujah!!!

I like that its a little smaller, response is excellent. It's very easy to hot key the buttons and i love rhe hall effect joy sticks. Great value for the money.

I have always purchased my electronics and appliances from Bestbuy. I used to always happily pay for my 2 year geek squad plans and apple care plans. They are the easiest plans on the market to use. You walk in with the item, and most of the time, they give you a new one on the spot. If they no longer carry it, they give you a gift card instead. I have been a Total Tech member for the last 5-6 years, so I get the 2 year protection plans for free! The membership pays for itself!
