Sholz isn't like those other headphones it's like the design team reallypaid attention and got the design right for a comfortable fit , great sound, just the right amount of noise cancelation allowing for outside speech recognition and clearity. Love My Sholz.

We’ve used this benefit at least twice. Since we have gotten older ( well past retirement age), it gives us peace of mind. It has helped us avoid costly mistakes. A tv we bought from Sears was still under warranty, when tv repair said couldn’t get a new computer for it, so we bought a new tv & list that $800. This way, we’re sure we’re not making a mistake or being taken advantage of. We just feel safer.

It is starting to look like Sonicare's quality is go DOWN hill ! I had purchased a toothbrush last May on Wed it stopped working so on Thursday I took it back to mt Best Buy store and they quick replaced it (Total Membership). Took the new one home, then last night I went to turn in on - nothing happened, charged it over night and then this morning tried to turn it on and NOTHING happened again. Back to Best Buy and they quickly replaced it again. This time before I left the store we opened the box and made sure that it worked.

Got to love the Best Buy protection plan. I only purchase electronics and appliances at Best Buy for the protection plan.

They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made seedy repairs.
