I love this knowing I'm covered and they basically roll out the red carpet for you anytime you speak to an employee and they bring up your account. But yeah, peace of mind, some good savings, extended return policy. IF you are a tech nerd who still likes to shop at an actual store (though online is an option too) then this is for you!!

My computer was a custom build and my son tried to add a hard drive, couldn’t complete the install a left it with pieces out and cables disconnected. This was a brand machine and I thought it was now junk. I went to Best Buy for a Hail Mary last attempt to see if they could fix. Well it only took them a day to get it fixed and ready. That staff was attentive and clearly wanted to help.

Whenever it breaks or I have an issue, it’s always available and helpful!

Of all the purchases I made at Best Buy over the years - this is absolutely one of the best purchases i made at Best Buy. Don't get me wrong, while having bought expensive TV's and audio equipment has given hours of joy, this really allows you to ask for help, get installations done as part of the service and extends the warranty offered by Best Buy. The savings on the installation alone makes it worth every penny. I'm not the most technically savvy person so being able to get the tech support at any time is really helpful!!

Bought this a few years ago! Loved it so much I’ve purchased again for my mother! Quick cook time, easy to clean, quality product that will save you time, energy costs, and likely replace any other appliance (including traditional full-size ovens) for most of your cooking!
