If you’re a big shopper at Best Buy like I am, I recommend!!! All of my products are under their 2 year warranty, and although there’s a limited number of times you can make a claim, making a claim and getting a replacement for an item that stopped working properly was super easy and fast. One of my gaming remotes stopped working properly and when I went to go file a claim on it they only asked what the issue was and then told me to go grab a new one so I could exchange it. That simple!

Nice warranty I don't know if it can be extended to several more years if so bestbuy should inform their customer base

I once had to replace my laptop from me spilling coffee all over it. No questions asked, for a $100.00 deductible I got a refurbished computer to replace it. I don't even mind that it was refurbished, it looked and felt brand new. My only problem with their plan is I let it lapse for a week, now all my equipment from before isn't covered any longer... wish it weren't that way.

The Best Buy Total membership is great - I can't recommend it enough. Very good value when you combine the discounts you get, an extra 30 days to return (I have used that), and you don't have to buy other protection plans such as AppleCare.

This plan pays for itself. So glad I signed up for it.

I was tricked into buying best buy total by an employee who lied about what it was when purchasing my new macbook. She told me I could pay for this once as a $16 payment and then cancel when I got home and my applecare would still be there, which is not true. Then when I called customer service to ask for help being that I did NOT want to have a subscription and would’ve rather paid the $400 for a four year applecare, customer service told me they couldn’t help me. Another bonus is that the applecare i’m stuck with now is only a 2 year protection plan, when i told the employee “helping”me that I wanted a 4 year plan. She told me it was, but it is not. 2 year plan AND a new subscription to keep that plan? Yeah I’m not happy. Macbook is perfect of course. Just unhappy with employee that lied about what I was purchasing.

Protection is always a must for all of my devices and appliances. I’m always safe and take great care of things, but it’s nice to know I have the added protection in the event that anything goes wrong

Great sound!! 2nd time buying these speakers and they are long lasting

This is my second Fitbit from Best Buy. My first was the black one. I love it so much until I saw the white. It’s way more my style. I love the offwhite/porcelain color. Very Demure.

I've used the plan just a few times for my computer. Easy to get an appointment. Like the comfort of knowing that someone is there to help me when I have a problem with a variety of items.

I've been buying from best buy for many years, and to this point I have never had any problems with there warranties, if anything they do all the work you just sit there and look pretty. They'll say sit right here and make yourself comfortable and will right back and talk to you. After a few minutes they come back and show you the paperwork and explain to you everything that's gona happened and when you'll get your merchandise repaired or replaced. Now how much better can that get.
