I have always purchased my electronics and appliances from Bestbuy. I used to always happily pay for my 2 year geek squad plans and apple care plans. They are the easiest plans on the market to use. You walk in with the item, and most of the time, they give you a new one on the spot. If they no longer carry it, they give you a gift card instead. I have been a Total Tech member for the last 5-6 years, so I get the 2 year protection plans for free! The membership pays for itself!

We have tried a TON of carpet cleaners!! This one seems to work just fine for what we use it for. We have a small dog that made messes in the beginning, and 3 kids tracking all sorts of messes in. We have been able to clean all messes up with this. We even used it on the entire upstairs once and its still kicking! Easy to use, effective, fairly affordable. It was worth the purchase!
