Haven't had to use this product yet so hopefully they cover everything they promised.

What I really liked is the beautiful picture and the ease of setting it up--I already had a Google pixel 7 pro. It's pretty amazing that you can just speak into the microphone on the remote and tell the TV what to do. I watched a movie last night and it was scarily clear and sharp. I felt like I was there. If you're a fan of Google at all, or simply accept them as the information standard, you can't go wrong. And this TV was only $209 plus tax. Hallelujah!!!

I purchased the Protection plan when buying an iPad for the "peace of mind aspect". Since then, I have made several more purchases, including a set of gaming head phones for my youngest son. After about 7 months, the 'phones failed. We returned them to the store with proof of purchase and were exchanged for new without issue. Highly satisfied.

Excellent refrigerator. GE is a great product. Refrigerator has a lot of room lotta space in the doors and I love the icemaker being in the freezer. and best of all I got it on sale.

Gives me peace of mind knowing that my product is covered and can get help with troubleshooting if needed.

It’s wonderful knowing that your appliances are covered for 24 months; however, once it’s over, appliances tend to breakdown and you’re slapped with monthly fees plus, $99 to check out the problem.

I like that I get protection from being a Best Buy member.

I had bought a 4K Blu Ray player a couple of years ago while I had TotalTech, so the monthly Best Buy Protection was included automatically. I elected to renew my Monthly Best Buy Protection after it lapsed, and I'm glad I did, because after about 2-1/2 years the 4K Blu Ray player stopped working on me. I took it into Best Buy and their Geek Squad took care of me, no problem. It was great and I felt like a valued customer.

Overall the controller has been great. I love the function button to switch profiles quickly between different games. Battery life is ok but could always be better for longer game sessions. I did get stick drift rather quickly on my first controller but after exchanging I haven’t had any issues with the new one as of yet.
