Best Buy Protection is a must if you value your electronics and appliances. I recently took in my MacBook Pro which had started giving me issues. I made a convenient appointment with the Geek Squad, the young man was very professional, explained the possible sources of the issue, and fixed the laptop after a 2 day wait. I’m very happy with Best Buy Protection. It is worth the expense.

If you go to Best Buy often, i think their Total Membership Program is a bust-buy! It often saves you a percentage off of purchases and gives you a free warranty on everything you buy with no additional cost. I was able to return a faulty XBOX Series X no questions asked, and since the replacement was on sale i actually got $30 back! In only a handful of purchases this membership has already paid for itself and i love it.

I have had Best Buy Total Tech for several years and it has saved me a lot of money. I've had several laptops, smart watches, cell phones and tablets repaired since having the plan, which without the Geek Squad's support, knowledge and skills, would have resulted in thousands of dollars spent to replace these devices. All of the repaired devices are still up annd running 1-2 years later with no issues.

Have loved having the extended return policy for really getting a good try out of products. Have also loved that a year into having a drone, when it was damaged they refunded me the full amount in a gift card.

Great plan, is costly but worth every penny if you're having issues with the merchandise and is out of the hands of the seller.

The Best Buy protection plan is very good to have with today's technology for the equipment that I have purchased I have to say I have purchased well not had to use. I guess the best thing is to just get the proper materials needed to do the jobs here trying to do at this time I am attempting to get security system around my house cameras actually having difficulty but going to be addressing this issue sometime in January. They do have excellent products and I feel the returns they do get are most likely from purchases which do not do the job. People are looking for and need to address different products
