The Best Buy protection plan is very good to have with today's technology for the equipment that I have purchased I have to say I have purchased well not had to use. I guess the best thing is to just get the proper materials needed to do the jobs here trying to do at this time I am attempting to get security system around my house cameras actually having difficulty but going to be addressing this issue sometime in January. They do have excellent products and I feel the returns they do get are most likely from purchases which do not do the job. People are looking for and need to address different products

I am not too happy with the service. They seem to want the product brought back in the store! I do not drive and have to rely on someone bringing me in.

Ease of use when needed. Wonderful protection there when you need it. Automatically covers all Best Buy purchases no extra "clicks" required, you will note the coverage notification on the check out page.

I would recommend this for students of all ages for sure

Over only a few months, even with regular cleaning, the sound volume goes down really fast. But the sound passthrough and cancellation work great! Best of all the earbuds I've used

Worth it, had my Vr controller get damaged due to small gaming area, they got my controller replaced very quickly! I was happy i got that protection thats for sure

It’s nice to have for peace of mind. Haven’t had to use it yet, but knowing I’m covered if something happens makes it feel worth it. Just hoping the claim process is smooth if I ever need it.

Good drive, good price, fast speeds. Biggest complaint is that Samsung's migration software only works for Samsung drives, but it steers me towards them when they are price competitive like this, so it is good marketing.

It still doesn't get any better, there's a reason why we join Total tech and we don't have to buy electronics anywhere else anymore

I think it's worth it to get the first year to have help and protection, but it took a while to compare all the plans. In the store, I was getting a lot of misinformation. Read the terms and conditions.
