I am not real tech savvy so the help I get gives me piece of mind!

I have used the protection plan on a couple of computers and tech support. Definitely have got my moneys worth.

It started off as an amazing product. I received free delivery and free installation from a third party. Then Best Buy decided this was too good to provide. Best Buy decided to change the service where I was no longer receiving free installation at home.

Unfortunately, due to my current circumstances, I had to cancel my Best Buy Total membership recently. Nonetheless, I truly enjoyed the benefits it offered and I am hopeful for the opportunity to renew it in the future. That being said, I must express my concern about the significant price increase for the membership, which has affected my perception of its value, resulting in a one-star rating.

Very fast response time when you have something that needs to get fixed or replaced.

I've been buying from best buy for many years, and to this point I have never had any problems with there warranties, if anything they do all the work you just sit there and look pretty. They'll say sit right here and make yourself comfortable and will right back and talk to you. After a few minutes they come back and show you the paperwork and explain to you everything that's gona happened and when you'll get your merchandise repaired or replaced. Now how much better can that get.

If Best Buy is like your ToysRUs like it is for me, this is an amazing choice. I always get the warranty for all the tech I buy because you never know what will happen. Almost all the tech in my house is from Best Buy. From the Tv’s to the several laptops to the smart devices all over my house, so the warranty for all those things would add up. With TotalTech I am not only saving money because I am not paying for the warranty individually, but I also get discounts when buying things. I think it is an amazing buy if you buy a lot at Best Buy.

This has saved me hundreds of dollars on warranty plans. I never have to pay for AppleCare since it’s included. The fact that my other non-Apple products are covered too is even better.
