This is the second JBL blue tooth speaker I have purchased; the first one was for my husband who absolutely loves his speaker. It sounds clear and loud. the music is not distorted, nor does it sound cheap. Overall, I would give this a 10 out of 10. Thats why I'm buying another one as a gift for a dear friend,

i’ve decided at the expiration of this contract that I will not be renewing. I’m gonna buy my electronics from another store a place that that respects their customers and has customer service and tell your boy Rich not to call here and start giving directions and ordering people around when he comes in my house it’s more than accurate that he puts booties on his feet instead of tracking the crap in from outside, and I’d like it this time if he fix the computer when he leaves if I can still work after he leaves so I don’t have to go through this again tomorrow between 10 and two he cannot come between 12 and 115. That doesn’t work then reschedule it another day. I’ve already ruined my my homework I go to Staples to print stuff now because you guys paid $125 to come fix a printer and it didn’t work out as usual. You might want to check your technician and tell him he’s entering summary is home not a place he gets to start giving directions if you can’t not show up between 12 and 130 tomorrow then reschedule it for another day

I’m really impressed with how fantastic this speaker is! It’s even better than the Logitech one I tried, which costs a bit more and looks similar. This one not only looks nicer but also sounds amazing!

I do purchase the protection plans after expiration as I have used them as well and was extremely satisfied with them. They do what they say they will.

The Best Buy protection plan is very good to have with today's technology for the equipment that I have purchased I have to say I have purchased well not had to use. I guess the best thing is to just get the proper materials needed to do the jobs here trying to do at this time I am attempting to get security system around my house cameras actually having difficulty but going to be addressing this issue sometime in January. They do have excellent products and I feel the returns they do get are most likely from purchases which do not do the job. People are looking for and need to address different products
