Protection offers a peace of mind knowing I will be covered in case something goes wron woth the product. I have never used it yet.

It's alright. Seems good but some fine print raises questions. The main issue being Best Buy will try to repair first before replacing and they decide where to repair it.

I was certainly happy that I had the Best Buy Protection when my Rexing Dash Cam quit working and had to be replaced.

While I haven't had the opportunity to test the plan through actual usage, the fact that I haven't needed it yet speaks volumes about the reliability and durability of the devices covered. I'm glad I got the total protection. I'm not thrilled they didn't explain that there would be a deductible. As when I had bought the regular accidental protection plan there was no deductible. But obviously the total Tech membership comes with a lot more. But you also have to pay for it for at least another year to get the two years out of it. And that's just for the first item.

I’m glad I got a protection for my headphones because I accidentally hit my headphones wires with my arm and the headphone ear jack ripped off. I was able to swap it out tho because I got a protection.
