I get BestBuy Protection for our iPhones and glass protectors and the plan has been so nice to get problems covered in-house.

The Best Buy Total membership is great - I can't recommend it enough. Very good value when you combine the discounts you get, an extra 30 days to return (I have used that), and you don't have to buy other protection plans such as AppleCare.

Excellent sound quality and comfort. I would rate it above my Turtle Beach Stealth 700s gen 3s and any of my hyper X’s. With a sale price of $180 this was a no brainer. Plug, 3d calibrate on my PlayStation 5, and enjoy.

Good plan . No issues at all with any item ive bought at best buy.

Always get the geek squad protection. Love modern tech, but a lot of it doesn’t last long beyond the manufacturers warranty. I’ve had several TVs replaced, several shark vacuums replaced, and 2 Xbox controllers all replaced under their protection plan.

it is peace of mind to have it, as it covers everthing I buy. I have also taken advantage of the Geek Squad for Lenovo tutoring

Haveing the peace of mind knowing I can take my products to any Best Buy for tech support or any breakage issues is definitely worth every penny

We love our Keurig. The single or the pot. Very easy and convenient My wife loves waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee. Nice and hot. Brews a real smooth blend. We love it

This headset is lit. Might schmack your ear drums a little but thats probably because you got the volume up all the way you doofus!! What makes this unique is the ability to go into scary bear mode, cute rabbit mode, or cuddly kitty mode with the ear changing ability. Yall dont gotta worry about charging the thing bc your animal will be chained to its master- the pc, or console. 10/10 highly recommend especially for my e-girlies and e-boiiis.

Have used Best Buy 24 month protection numerous times and have been please each time. Fast and friendly service with short walk-in wait times.

Had m6 daughters tablet replaced when it stopped powering up for no reason. It was a pretty easy process unlike some protection plans that never pay out this ine is actually useful

Dony buy used products:) it’s always better to buy new or from a store so you have some kind of warranty.

Purchased a new Keureg coffee maker at the end of December... it worked for 3 months and the motor died! ... Keurig would have replaced the item ...but they have a huge list of items that you have to complete for your replacement ....not counting the time lapse of them mailing you another unit. Went to Best Buy and explained what had happened and instantly was given a credit on a Best Buy gift card for the full amount that I paid! Couldn't be happier!

The protection that comes with the Total Tech Membership is worth it for big ticket items. I got this plan when I bought new TVs for my house and I wanted protection. By getting the membership I was also able to get free delivery and mounting/installation as well. And now they're protected for 2 years as long as I renew the membership. The price is steep, so whenever I am looking for new tech or appliances I check at Best Buy first so I can utilize the expensive membership benefits. Now most of my new tech and appliances have 2 years of protection I normally wouldn't purchase. It has been worth it for me so far, but I may decide to cancel once the protection on my larger purchases expires. Also the exclusive access events were nice for finally getting a PS5.

This is a great deal. Have needed them a time or 2. Their customer service is perfect.

I once had to replace my laptop from me spilling coffee all over it. No questions asked, for a $100.00 deductible I got a refurbished computer to replace it. I don't even mind that it was refurbished, it looked and felt brand new. My only problem with their plan is I let it lapse for a week, now all my equipment from before isn't covered any longer... wish it weren't that way.

I Love my sound bar it has the best sound it like im at the movie theater.

There are always those few times that you think I probably do not need to purchase the protection plan. Then it sometimes turns out that you should have purchased it. We have been those people. Now we get the protection plan with everything and have had to use it for some items. So, there has been some items that have been replaced with no cost to us and some items that could not be repaired that we get store credit to purchase another item.
