The Best Buy Protection Program has been incredibly good so far. I buy all electronics due to the Monthly Best Buy Protection Program saving and recommend friends and family because of it. But I do not agree with the new program. That extended the Protection plan if I do not notify you to cancel the plan you are going to charge me the monthly fee. That should be my call, not yours. So, If I do not request an extension, of the specific item you got you answer cancel it because the warranty expired. This is what I call the leeching tactic of sucking your blood when you are not looking or paying attention. I will not recommend due to new changes.

This is the best plan you can buy. We noticed as we shopped for appliances and electronics that everywhere we looked they were the same price. So we purchased from Best Buy because because of this plan that gives us an extended warranty

Have covered so many items that I now can rest easy knowing they will be usable all the time.

One of the best aspects of being a totaltech member. Purchases made are covered for 2 years (provided you remain a Totaltech member). I bought 3 iPhones last year and I got automatic AppleCare + for 2 years on each phone. I also have 2 years of AppleCare + for the new Airpods I bought. This is a huge savings for me. I also received free installation and a reduced price for my Compustar car starter. I recommend totaltech membership and the 2 years of warranties included.

I bought a cheaper Garmin watch a year or more ago and the area the band attaches to broke and was unrepairable. I took it in and received a refund for the product. This was out of the manufacturer's warranty but not Best Buys thanks to this program. Saved me quite a bit in replacing it.

Over all great! I love that i have real protection for my products. When my open run's batteries died the best buy team helped get them replaced. I had them for less than 6mo! The replacement was easy!

If you're going to spend a lot of money on something,you might as well get it insured just in case anything happens. Hopefully, nothing happens but anything could happen.

As I stated, my previous reviews never go home without it. Time and money time and money, it saves you time and money.
