Have loved having the extended return policy for really getting a good try out of products. Have also loved that a year into having a drone, when it was damaged they refunded me the full amount in a gift card.

One of the best aspects of being a totaltech member. Purchases made are covered for 2 years (provided you remain a Totaltech member). I bought 3 iPhones last year and I got automatic AppleCare + for 2 years on each phone. I also have 2 years of AppleCare + for the new Airpods I bought. This is a huge savings for me. I also received free installation and a reduced price for my Compustar car starter. I recommend totaltech membership and the 2 years of warranties included.

Its super easy to get things fixed or replaced with geek squad

As an avid book teader i was hesitant on moving to kindle. I love holding a new book in my hand and physically turning pages. That being said, I finally caved after a year of back and forth. It was totally worth it! I takr my kindle with me everywhere and it takes uo little to no soace in my bag. Which was a huge plus! The light adjustment is the cherry on top! I highly recommend

Good drive, good price, fast speeds. Biggest complaint is that Samsung's migration software only works for Samsung drives, but it steers me towards them when they are price competitive like this, so it is good marketing.
