Can not say it enough: TOTALTECH protection is the best way to ensure you never buy a faulty product and waste your money. It is only BC of the TOTALTECH protection and guarantee that I refuse to buy my electronics ANYWHERE except Best Buy. The policy allows the buyer one option to walk in and simply drop off the non-working item/appliance and pick up its brand new replacement in less than 20 minutes

Total tech is the reason I've switched from Amazon to Best Buy for electronics purchases. The 2 year warranty, fast shipping and good return policy is why I rate Best Buy above Amazon now. I live in Florida and I frequently see one week delivery times from Amazon for prime items. I just get better service from Best Buy, they are around the corner, offer curbside pickup, a warranty and a good return policy. Whats not to like?

Having the BestBuy protection plan gives me peace of mind whenever I buy a product, especially since I have kids who might accidentally damage something, but knowing I'm covered makes me feel much better.

The Best buy Total Tech plan is one of the BEST think I like about Best Buy. I would rather purchases all of my tech from ONE place and be covered for whatever accidentals or upgrades I need. I have been a total tech member for over 2 years now and in 2 incidences it has already saved me the individual warranty costs but also the repair or replacement cost I might have had to do without having the plan.
