the protection plan was amazing when it came free with my product

I bought the monthly best buy protection for my laptop. It covers all my electronics. That means my kids gaming computer, Quest VR, wireless ear buds. I thought I'd just need it for my laptop but so far, my son has replaced his VR headset twice and his earbuds once. All we do is go to the customer service counter, explain our situation, they handle it from there. Great buy. Well worth it in my opinion.

Okay so, i love these headphones, for use with the mic it allows you to control your voice greatly, without the mic is okay if you want ambient sounds, comfortable on the ears, multi connection with phone and gaming system simultaneously. Only thing that when it conencts to the phone it will get way to loud and you will have to adjust it

Highly recommend a total tech. I buy a lot from beat buy personal and business. I travel a lot foe business and beat buy is always around and if I ever need to return anything they are the easiest to work with. Best buy always came through when you need it moat with total tech. Also all products and apple products you get the extended support automatically.

My total offers me this additional benefit. While you hope you never need it, this has been a blessing with one of our new tv’s. The geek squad has been great in replacing the mother board of the tv and troubleshooting the issues. Highly recommend and so grateful that we had this extra coverage.
