Great program for Best Buy customers like me, good value.

This is my first m.2 Western Digital, though I have exclusively use Wd for SSD for as long as I can remember. I was not surprised to find that the drive installed easily and has not disappointed. It has performed as well as any Samsung m.2 I've ever used. Moving forward I will only be using WD again.

Good build customer service was great they even build the pc for me due to me buying 2 prebuilt from them and both getting a reboot loop

The protection plan is great, an additional 2 years on top of the manufacturer’s warranty is just the peace of mind I need. I’ve had appliances go out just a couple of days after the manufacturer’s warranty ended, and I passed on the extended warranty. Needless to say, I had to spend a few hundred dollars to get the same thing I already owned.

Worth it, had my Vr controller get damaged due to small gaming area, they got my controller replaced very quickly! I was happy i got that protection thats for sure

Glad I bought the total protectin plan. I had an issue and it was resolved quickly with best buy handling the dispatch and all.

Been searching Mfg websites, Amazon, here, everywhere for various brands of similar laptops for the last year. This one had the best reviews and when I saw it in person and saw the Black Friday value I could not miss out!! So happy with everything! And the techs said it was better quality than the other ones I was considering for more money.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing any items from anywhere without a little added protection, just my opinion!

Can not say it enough: TOTALTECH protection is the best way to ensure you never buy a faulty product and waste your money. It is only BC of the TOTALTECH protection and guarantee that I refuse to buy my electronics ANYWHERE except Best Buy. The policy allows the buyer one option to walk in and simply drop off the non-working item/appliance and pick up its brand new replacement in less than 20 minutes
