I've played with regular Xbox controllers before but because I play a lot of FPS Games I needed something with the paddles in the back. This has been a great controller and it has elevated my game to be the first one to get the kill! I currently have the black version but I wanted it in white to match my gaming set up. While they didn't get it fixed that same day, it was kept for a reasonable time, repaired/updated well and my daughter picked it up later and NO CHARGE.
