    The device functioned perfectly for approximately a month and a half. Suddenly, during midday, it ceased to operate; it neither charged nor powered on. I tested multiple charging cables and attempted various troubleshooting methods. I contacted Turtle Beach support, but they were unable to diagnose the issue after conducting research. I have also noticed that numerous other users are experiencing the same problem.

    Best bang for your money! We buy most of our electronics from best buy. Adding apple care really made this a no-brainer.

    I appreciate the freedom of being able have the ability to hear surrounding noise but still enjoy rich sounds. It works best with earplugs if your traveling via airline. I would definitely reccomend.
