I’m glad I got a protection for my headphones because I accidentally hit my headphones wires with my arm and the headphone ear jack ripped off. I was able to swap it out tho because I got a protection.

Sny issue, BB has taken care of it. It's so easy even my teenagers go and have items replaced of needed (i.e. screen protectors) It's worth it for our household.

Highly recommend a total tech. I buy a lot from beat buy personal and business. I travel a lot foe business and beat buy is always around and if I ever need to return anything they are the easiest to work with. Best buy always came through when you need it moat with total tech. Also all products and apple products you get the extended support automatically.

Okay so, i love these headphones, for use with the mic it allows you to control your voice greatly, without the mic is okay if you want ambient sounds, comfortable on the ears, multi connection with phone and gaming system simultaneously. Only thing that when it conencts to the phone it will get way to loud and you will have to adjust it

I bought this new model after my wife broke her mouse, so I gave her my S3 and picked this one up for myself. I’ve been using the MX Master series for a long time, and each new version has always felt like a worthwhile upgrade. Unfortunately, this one feels like a big step backward. The button placement and palm area are noticeably different, and not in a good way. The new layout gets in the way, causes accidental button presses, and changes the ergonomics enough that my hand actually starts to hurt during use. This would have been a great upgrade if Logitech had kept the button spacing and palm support closer to the previous design. As it stands, I’ll be returning it.

Love these. So comfortable i forget they are on. Use them for the plane trips as well. Case and eat bugs hold charge well. Only complaint is they don't cone in fun colors like some of the other models.
