The best part of Best Buy! Honestly the included protection plans as part of totaltech membership?! It's crazy value. If you're shopping for anything tech related more than once per year the membership pays for itself!! While there are small fees for replacement it's still cheaper than buying another warranty or replacement plan. So in my opinion great value here.

Never know if/when you're going to need the added protection, just a little more insurance to cover purchased products.

I always get protection with electronics. A no-brainer. I’ve used it on computers and phones. Just took items in to Best Buy and they send it to be fixed and comes back pretty quick. Best value there is.

Well, I’ve had the pro member for two years and it’s very good for the product that you buy through them. You don’t have problem exchanging them because they already on your member specially, when you have a child that gains a lot.

It is always good to know you have extra protection when you buy something from Best Buy.

I called and reported the issue, someone came out next available day. When it was found out that tv could not be repaired, I was called the next available day and informed how obtain my replacement tv. I received my new tv within 3 days.

Definitely worth it for a big purchase. Don’t forget that protection plan!
