I love the is feature, it has saved me many devices that u would’ve have to replace for full retail by simply bringing it into a Best Buy location and telling them the issues. Worth every dollar

The warranties are great the only downside is if the item is on sale you have to pay the difference for the new one however it restarts your warranty

I purchased the Brydge - Air MAX+ Wireless Keyboard for iPad Air (4th, 5th Gen) & iPad Pro 11-inch. At first I thought it was too heavy but I got used to it quickly. I feel like I am typing on my computer and the keyboard is fantastic. I always buy Apple or Logitech products but I am very pleased that I switched to this product. Give it a try and you won’t be sorry.

The protection plan is well worth the price. I've already had a TV replaced and a blink indoor camera.

The best part of Best Buy! Honestly the included protection plans as part of totaltech membership?! It's crazy value. If you're shopping for anything tech related more than once per year the membership pays for itself!! While there are small fees for replacement it's still cheaper than buying another warranty or replacement plan. So in my opinion great value here.

I am not too happy with the service. They seem to want the product brought back in the store! I do not drive and have to rely on someone bringing me in.

Good value program IF you are planning to do some sort of installation of some type of product like security cameras, flood lights, TV mounting etc. If you do not plan to install anything new then you may wanna pass until you do so you can get a return of investment. Just like anything else, if you do not use it then why even get it. Plus, one thing most fail to mention is that the second year is NOT covered if you do not pay the additional $199 for the second year at the end of the first. So ultimately you are investing $400 for the two year protection. So again, if you get it you must consider installing something immediately after purchase so you get some sore of value out of it immediately in case you never use it again.

One of the main reasons to become a Best Buy Total member! The majority of your purchases get up to two years of product protection at Best Buy (need to keep your membership active of course). This gives you peace of mind for your purchases in case you need a repair or replacement for example.

If you buy a electric I definitely recommend a best buy protection plan

Hands down, this external hard drive is the quickest responding networked drive that I have ever had the pleasure of owning. My only possible wish would be to have an even larger version. And the only downside is that I did not purchase two of them at the fantastic open box pricing that was available when I picked up this one.
