One thing the employees have done is go over the benefits of having protection plans on electronics and I am glad I listened and got them along with my total membership.

I have for sure got my moneys worth from this plan every year and then some. I have less issues than I have ever had since I used this protection on all my devices. Less down time and hassles no interruptions constant speed all around great. I cannot remember having any type of a problem since I started my plan yrs ago. I get many great services with it also and like the extended warranty an all purchases. Like I say it pays for its self.

I have had Best Buy Protection plan for quite awhile now. And being very honest, they have never failed to accommodate my request. We live in such a different world and so much has changed.
