I have for sure got my moneys worth from this plan every year and then some. I have less issues than I have ever had since I used this protection on all my devices. Less down time and hassles no interruptions constant speed all around great. I cannot remember having any type of a problem since I started my plan yrs ago. I get many great services with it also and like the extended warranty an all purchases. Like I say it pays for its self.

It's one of those headphones that will steal the loses connection from anything when you are near it. I know it's a feature that people like or at least it's a type of technology like true wireless or something, but to me it's very annoying. I'll have different headphones on or even my car stereo and it just steals the connection all the time. The sound quality is good though and the comfort is good.

If you keep up with what you buy and remember the protection plan it is awesome. Several times it has also given us an extended time to return a product after purchase for a refund.

Good product to have... like a safety net to have.

I am pretty happy with the purchase of the new Samsung phone. My previous phone before upgrading was an old Samsung S7 PLUS which still works perfectly to this day. The only problem was the amount of storage I had, so I was constantly running out of space. I find the S23+ to be very similar to the old model but certain new features are a little more complicated, for me anyway, which is why I am only giving it 4 stars. Now that I finally have it set to my satisfaction, I can honestly say I recommend this product.

Best Buy has always taken care of me with the Geek Squad warranty program. In today's complex electronics world, it's worth the money, hands down. I've had a few things that have not worked within the warranty period. I brought the item in, the looked me up, and handed me the replacement, sometimes the replacement is better than the original.
