I always get the protection plans and while I don’t always need them, any product that gets heavy use has a higher chance of breaking down due to wear and tear in the two years. Generally all it takes is 1 out of 20 products to go bad in two years and you essentially break even on the money you spend on multiple protection plans.

Purchased this a little over a week ago, has worked perfectly for X/S games, running them just as well as internal storage. Definitely worth snagging this up while it’s on sale.

Easy purchase. Tjis item was on sale and I automatically have it covered for two years because of my geek squad protection status.

This protection plan that come in really handy. Whatever questions I may have of any hardware I buy there, their technicians have an answer for and are ready to work on it.

Well, I’ve had the pro member for two years and it’s very good for the product that you buy through them. You don’t have problem exchanging them because they already on your member specially, when you have a child that gains a lot.

I called and reported the issue, someone came out next available day. When it was found out that tv could not be repaired, I was called the next available day and informed how obtain my replacement tv. I received my new tv within 3 days.

I have had Best Buy Protection plan for quite awhile now. And being very honest, they have never failed to accommodate my request. We live in such a different world and so much has changed. Companies have come and gone. But Best Buy remains to continue to operate as Customer Support and even going beyond to deliver excellent service to all their customers.

I like it I've used the delivery and discounts. The only problem I have had was when I cracked the screen on my samsung watch. I had a lot of difficulty with my appointment to get it fixed. The person helping me had a lot of problems and there was no manager or anyone else
