Having protection for my electronics provides great peace of mind.

I wouldn't have considered this but now there are just too many different players in every electronics field. The techs that came to install and set up the Sony TV were great. They took my questions without making me feel stupid, set up the dozens of options on the TV, and helped teach me about how to use the settings properly. Great help when I needed it.

I got this because I needed to have old tv taken down and hauled away and needed new tv installed. The bonus of this all is that I had great installers. I was having sound issues and actually had one of the installers who came and helped me-knowledgeable and great at explaining !

This is a must have when you buy electronics, They really stand behind there work.

Well worth the money for peace of mind and coverage on your expensive electronic purchases. After 6 month our xbox elite controller stopped connecting to the computer. We took it in and they handed us a store credit for a brand new one. No hassle, no interrogation, just replaced it.
