This is great. But if you have the monthly renewal they deny it, if it is on the day before it renews.

I think it's very important to have protection in case something happens that's beyond your control.

Having the protection plan is sooo worth it you never know when something might happen or just bad luck. But with the BBY protection plan, I have saved money cause instead of having to purchase a whole new item (laptop, vacuum and meta quest) I just get the replacement or a store credit. Would recommend.

Xm5 were okay, the problem was the hinges they kept stretching and also the battery I’ve used the headphones for a year WAS SHOT. Now these headphones seem to be a huge improvement. Looking forward to another 2-3 years

Amazing service, The complimentary purchase protection gives hassle free buying. There is so many features here that you are guaranteed to find a way to save money. It may seem like a large upfront investment at $199 Annually, but I've had old computers fixed up with no additional charge. The other thing I did was purchase a bunch of pc parts, as a member of the Best Buy team got out a laptop. He proceeded to take the time to pick out every part with me, actively listening to what i needed. 5 Star, without a doubt would recommed to anyone with tech worth more that $1000. Keep in mind your phone probably surpasses that alone, then add a fridge...microwave etc.

2 years in and I’m still very impressed! Once I figured out how to use it, I can go from wet hair to dry curly hair in 7-8 minutes and the curls turn into waves that last all day! I’ve even been able to straighten friends long city hair. I couldn’t imagine my hair routine without it now

Best buy protection is simply the best. Cant be beat. Great value and always worth the ease of mind.

Getting a protection plan is generally a smart idea, and this one has its pros and cons. It’s helpful when you need a replacement—service at the counter has been smooth. However, dealing with Geek Squad has been frustrating. I’ve encountered rude staff, inconsistent information, and a lack of accountability. For example, I was assured I'd receive the exact Apple product back after sending in a headset, but got a different item with no explanation. Unfortunately, there aren’t many alternatives to Best Buy, or I would’ve switched long ago. So overall, the plan is useful, but the experience can be hit or miss. This was just my experience—others may have had better luck.

Definitely worth the money use this service numerous times

I am very glad I purchased this plan when I bought my laptop. It almost paid for itself when I had the Geek Squad transfer all my data, etc from my broken computer to the new laptop I purchased. I feel at ease knowing I have this warranty in case I need it for my new laptop as well as the other electronic items I bought since then.

It was a gift for my Daughter. She loves it and loves all the features it has.
