• Your product isn't working? Don't worry.: To get help, just bring your product into a Best Buy store. For any covered issue, we’ll repair your product, get you a replacement (if the product is available), or issue you a store credit or gift card up to the original purchase price, including taxes.
• If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product: This could be a problem with an internal part, how the networking product was manufactured or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity. Accidental damage is not included.
• No out-of-pocket costs for parts or labor: We take care of 100% of the costs of parts and labor for covered repairs and failures, with no hidden fees.
• If your device won’t turn on because of a power surge, count on us to make it right: You’re covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
