I like how lightweight the product is, how easy it maneuvers around things, how long the battery life is, how easy it is to clean out between vacuuming. I like how it has multiple power settings. I have recommended this vacuum to many friends.

I recently used the Best Buy service plan that I get as part of the My Best Buy Total membership. I had a Quest 2 that I took in under the Total extended warranty. The joystick broke off on one of the controllers while my son was using the headset. Best Buy gave me full store credit towards the purchase price (minus $50 for the recplacement as per the agreement). I used the credit towards a Quest 3. I was very satisfied with the service.

This is a very good protection plan for those who have purchased or will be purchasing a lot of devices from Best Buy. It'll not only protect the device you're purchasing, but for all other devices and electronics you purchase thereafter for two whole years. Anything goes bad, malfunctions, doesn't work properly, just take it back to the store. You're covered for two years! (and a LOT can happen in two years.)

Have used this several times. Worth the price if you buy electronics and don't want to purchase the extended warranties.

I bought the 512GB Meta Quest 3 headset in February 2024. This is an excellent device and choice for gaming, social apps, movie watching, and technology seekers in VR. I am still learning and experiences new immersive apps that I did not expect. You can start with the 128GB version or jump into the 512GB version. I would highly recommend the purchase....great job Meta.

It's an OK boost to Total benefits, but often too expensive for a standalone investment. Unless it's something high-value and high-risk for replacement, I would avoid it.

So far so good.There are some more detailed positions that still can't be cleaned up. If it is a family with two floors at home, it will be very troublesome, and it will require you to scan again every time you go upstairs. Not compatible with upstairs and downstairs at the same time

BUT IT IS OLD AND THE COMPANY IS NOT MAKING THEM ANYMORE, OH LUCKY ME,IT IS NOT WORKING RIGHT, THEY HOWEVER, WILL HONOR REPAIRS ON SOME OF THE NEWER MODELS. BUT, MINE IS NOT REPAIRABLE.HAVE TO UP GRADE THAT TOO.
