so glad i bought this protection plan because the dyson vacuum was not assembled correctly from the factory and i took it back to the store and they immediatley took it back and send me a new one got it in 2 days and it is perfect. no hassle or anything .

Best Buy protection is great for when accidents happen

You would expect the electronics don't fail as much these days. That is somewhat true, but they it's also that they are more expensive than ever and nothing is perfect. I have protections through my total tech membership, and have had few occasions where I used them already! Folks were nice about processing them.

I can’t say enough good things about the protection plan! Best Buy always has my devices covered. I just need to make an appointment and my devices are fixed. A must with every device.

I haven’t used it yet , but know my purchases are protected makes me feel better and want to buy more things from Best Buy. I feel safe with all my purchases now. I’m sure it’s an ease to just go to geek squad with a problem product.

The best buy protection is the smartest add on you can buy when getting household appliances id rather pay the $50 service fee which only is charged if your item is deemed repairable or they just give you a full credit of what you paid and you just get the newest model or spend it on whatever else you might want instead. Cant lose especially if you have ruff kids in the house.

If you don’t have this protection plan, you should reconsider. The benefits in this plan are amazing.

Feel more secure about purchasing electronics. Vacuum cleaners are always breaking.

I love having the Monthly Best Buy Protection just knowing I have this in case something goes wrong with my expensive purchases I have peace of mind for repairs and service.

We had to use our protection plan when my Oculus Meta 2 stopped working. It hadn't been dropped, or anything that would account for the cessation of operations. Using the protection plan could not have been any easier. Took the broken headset and receipt to the store. They just gave us a new one off the shelf.

Great deal to have will replace your phone if you mess it up but the copay i understand that the phone is expensive and its nothing like buying another one but i think the first time you need to use this should already paid for and if needed after that again you should pay the copay i was buying a warranty against the phone not being able to withstand the normal wear and tear of use they can make a phone that will not break when dropped or gets wet and a phone you paying over $1000 for should not need a warranty

I love Total Tech. If you frequently buy products Best Buy sales its a no brainer because you get 2 years of protection for free. That alone is worth it. Though, I do wish they had the ability to extend warranties beyond the 2 years or to upgrade your Total Tech annual subscription to a level that automatically includes at least 3-4 years.

Total Teck is such a great membership. In fact, I would cancel Amazon Membership before I'd cancel BB. Geek Squad has been to my home on two occasions and did a great job for installations of products and the service agents they sent to install the new Samsung Products!
