Great tasting coffee!! I really like the convenience of not having to utilize filters. Just simply dispose of the pucks that collect in the discharge bin. Lots of options to adjust the coffee to your specific taste. I only reduce the rating by 1 star due to slight mess that is made when removing the bottom section to empty out waste water or pucks (even when the system is not completely full). Otherwise, excellent coffee maker that I enjoy daily and would still purchase even with the minor issue mentioned above.

Great plan for covering the ownership costs that comes with appliances!

I recently broke one of my laptops and with Best Buy total membership they weren’t able to save my laptop from a spill so they gave me the money that I spent on the laptop for store credit to get a new one!

I have had to return 3 items. It has only cost me $30. Which is awesome instead of having to pay full price for the items. One of the items i did not have to pay anything. I highly recommend getting the protection plan. In the long run it saves hundreds of dollars.

Tineco S5 is a hardwood only floor mop as well as a vacuum. No need for 2 or 3 devices. It leaves floors as clean as doing it by hand. Floor dries in about 5 minutes or less depending on humidity. I would highly recommend this product.

The sound bar was installed efficiently by the Geek Squad. They were very quick.

I love Best Buy’s protection. It’s already saved us more than we paid for it. It can be annoying to have a longer than average wait time for devices to get fixed but we’ve had no issues with the devices once we’ve gotten them back.

For some items I do like to get extra protection just in case!!

Works really good with Xbox series S. The yoke comes with adjustable springs for more stiffness feel. Unfortunately the game doesn’t show you the location of the buttons to customize each button so you will have to adjust by trial and error
