It took about 15 before someone came to help us which was a bit frustrating however when the salesman came to assist he was helpful with answering our questions being we were looking to purchase a GoPro and iPad and helpful at checkout.

Has saved me tons of money, not o ly in the exlcusive discounts but also when something breaks and needs to be replaced. My SP8 screen shattered 2 days after I bought it and this enabled it to be replaced instead of trashed.

Unfortunately, there are some products that I wish I would have bought the insurance for. Like the $200. Sony headphones which still work, but no longer have the automatic shut off feature working. For products that I did buy it for I have been very happy.

This protection plan is good but we decided to upgrade. This is worth it, but considering we have other items needing coverage the other pla was a better fit for our family

I've had to use this once for my LG C2 Oled. The folks at BestBuy came out, replaced it for me, and I didn't have to do anything except be home for them to come in and do the work.
