After about 5 months of use, the coffee grinder on the machine no longer works. We sent it back to De'Longhi for repair as they requested. After several weeks, it was returned today and still not working. It's the same issue. I have no idea why they sent back a defective machine. I called customer service today and asked for a replacement and they do not want to replace it without continuous attempts to try and fix it. This is not the type of customer service I would expect. We purchased a 'quality' brand with the intention of this machine working. It doesn't and we are not getting the support we need for resolution. We just want a machine that works. If anyone from De'Longhi is reading this, please assist! We'll see if this issue gets resolved and I can update the review afterwards.

It works great when it comes to cleaning. But it has it ups and downs when it reads that the water is full when its really not. If exchanged it a couples of times because it cleans good just needs to fix on that problem

**Waste of Money - Best Buy Protection is Useless** I bought an item from Best Buy along with their "protection plan," thinking it would cover me in case anything went wrong. Unfortunately, the product broke within the first week, and I assumed the protection plan would make things easier. I couldn't have been more wrong. When I contacted Best Buy for help, I was met with a frustrating back-and-forth, with no real assistance. They claimed there was "nothing they could do" and directed me to the manufacturer, completely ignoring the fact that I had paid extra for their protection plan. It felt like they were more interested in selling the plan for their own bonuses rather than actually supporting the customer when things go wrong. If you're thinking of getting a protection plan from Best Buy, save your money. It’s a total waste, and they won’t stand by it when you actually need help.

If you are a total tech member, BB now charges you the warranty when you claim it. Example $600.00 GE Nugget Ice Maker, used the warranty and got $392.00 back.

Wow missing only coming up with 19TB now under extended fat. Just 20TB with NTFS even tried making a few different partitions combination add everything 20TB so I know with HD you gonna lose a few Magebites here and ther just because…. But a whole 2TB for this price come on WD. What give even had the Geek Squad look at it and they where plex by this… still trying to figure it out….20TB I would even be ok if I could see 21.5tb and chalk it up but wow when I can by an extra 2TB hard and go with a less expensive drive option.

Expensive protection plan. My previous headset protection plan was two years for 50 bucks best buy keeps increasing this for less time warrantied

Great system but my kid treats it like a drug addiction. Im serious, he cant live without playtime on this contraption.
