I have used the product for few months. It did not motivate me at all and I was out of return window. If you would like to lose weight, this is not your product. If you are a show off person, that may be something to carry on this ring. Mine was gold color and the ring keeps its color, holds good charge and firm to finger

Doesn’t work after using it twice. The iRobot just spin and not move after a short distance and don’t know how to get back to the station. When it hit something, it should just back up and go elsewhere but now just keeps spinning.

Pretty cool, wish it was longer trial, but worth trying, id recommend if thrtes a deal, but probably not worth full price

This was not a good buy. I went to best buy today to use this protection plan and was told after replacing my meta 3 that I would need to once again buy this plan for the replacement meta 3. It does not make sense to have to buy a 2 year protection plan that becomes void after you use it once? To keep my product protected after exchange I had to either buy another 2 year plan that is only one time use or pay 179 AND tax which came to 211 dollars for the total protection plan which if I knew ahead of time I could have not wasted 99 dollars on a one time use plan. Do not buy this and make the same mistske I did.

Only get to make to claims a year. Other than that you have to pay a deductible.

After over an hour on the chat I was told to call the manufacturer

My roomba was messing up. I took it in and they said they need to send it out to give me an answer which will take two weeks. If machine cannot be fixed I will be refunded. This is a problem because I got this product on sale. So if I buy the same one it will be more expensive

it is a bit expensive but peace of mind is nice I suppose.

more than a month delay, on the day of delivery. They found out that the shipping address is incorrect added two more days.

Best Buy's service and customer interaction has completely fallen off! I will never get another extended warranty from them. I have a 24 month warranty on my Roomba and they won't honor it in the 17th month! Hopefully iRobot will do something since Best Buy no longer cares about their customers! I've purchased most of my electronics and appliances at BB for over 20 years but not anymore. Amazon and Costo have much better service and prices.

A no for me. This product used to be better than it is today. My most recent experience was with a laptop I bought from Best Buy that needed repair. The manufacturer warranty had expired, and the cost to fix it with Best Buy was so high that it made more sense to buy a new laptop instead. I found myself at a disadvantage and disappointed with this plan.

I didn't end up using this. If you don't need it, don't purchase it.

The picture looks really good. The sound is good too. The battery life is awful.

very difficult to download & transfer maps, etc. to device. Home wi-fi is insufficient to get the job done. Went to a public area, downloads only completed 33% then stopped. I quit. HELP ME GEEK SQUAD !!!!!!!!!

Buyers of total tech beware! Best Buy has changed their mind on how your item gets replaced and fixed without informing us other than an email (which we get how many a day from them?, meaningless) I cracked my screen on my GoPro. Was told it would be able to be exchanged for free when purchased. NOW, I have to wait 3-4 weeks and pay $50 dollars! Absolutely unacceptable. They should have changed it on future purchases. Not on people who purchased from them because of the great warranty they once had that we were promised. Terrible business practices here best buy. Own up to your customers promises.

It's good to have monthly best buy protection upto 24 months

Whether you purchase big or small! One thing about purchasing something at best buy, never forget the protection plan!

It’s very beneficial to take the total tech membership as it is cheap when you have many devices to be protected!!

It doesn't clean well, and it gets stuck all the time. Broke withing 1 year.
