The total tech membership is a scam. They don't tell you all of how the plan works. When you buy an utem new, it automatically comes with a manufacturer warrantee. Once that runs out and you use the totsl tech members you pay for having that item seeviced if there is an issue. Cancel like i did and get a refund for the time unused.

This is one of the reasons I only buy from Best Buy!

The remote is constantly not working and needing the battery replaced. Like working 3 days it burns through the battery then it’s unusable…super disappointed especially being a big dyson fan

After I was finally given a refund it wasn’t for the full amount. I had to call and continue to tell how much I paid for them to finally see this needed to be removed as well because I never used it after not receiving the items I ordered. Than I was finally refunded in full

This service does not work with Apple products! All Best Buy will do is ship your device to Apple and they will not give you any updates on the repair. Spend your money on the Apple Care instead. 14 days later, I still do not have my Apple phone back.

Please read the fine Print since there are a lot of conditions. Also their service linen (800)$ is terrible.

You can't remove auto renewal and because of this we will be terminating immediately. Total tech package is more of a scam to generate revenue for both your sales team and company than its a helpful product to the consumer.

Other stores offer 2 years and some offer 3 years.

Not received. While sitting in front porch i received text and email stating delivered but there was no package received. Paid expedited shipping and now customer service saying it will take 4+ days to send replacement when i could have picked it up in store tomorrow.

You conned everyone by calling your new program total and renewing memberships. It’s not the same program so how can it be renewed? This seems like oh yeah we need a class action suit

I expanded 10k over on purchase on Best Buy and one of them with defective no way to fix it, dyed on my hand, that said no plan on it. Even I have total membership

Product malfunctioned and stopped working after 22 days. Was sent off for service and when it was returned it still didn’t work. Does not clean up pet urine.

Protection is not what it used to be! Now you pay annually THEN you pay again for service?

Malfunctioned within a few weeks of owning it. Look at other brands like Roborock.
