Son's Christmas gift. Having issues with the floor depth in games, football, job simulator, and beat simulator.

Purchased when on great sale of $150 off (to replace my older lift-away Shark Rotator Pet Professional with cracked hose & old hair-tangling beater bar brush roll). The new no tangle brush rolls did not disappoint-no more hair tangles. The dust-cup could be larger. Its fill line is met quickly but it doesn’t lose suction so I keep vacuuming until it’s more full. Here’s the thing-the suction when in standard upright position, on any of 3 flooring settings, is sooo strong it hinders ease to push & maneuver. The vacuum probably isn’t overly heavy, but it feels like it is- as in I’m sore from vacuuming due to resistance the suction creates. (I have carpets, wood, and tile so I wanted setting options) Now, I realize this is a great workout for me, but if you aren’t very able-bodied, this vacuum may be too much of a beast to manage, I fear. I probably would not purchase this model again. I was trying to buy a Shark around $200, which on sale this was just over. We have a dog & cat and 3 ladies w/long hair in our home, so I know it will work effectively, it’s just quite the workout…oh, and it will 100% suck up anything in its path very quickly, so be very careful around cords, random socks, pet tails, etc.! Love the long cord. Not missing the led on wand tool handle as much as I expected to. Path is still 12”, but just slightly taller, so doesn’t fit under things like cabinets as well as old one but it seems the suction still gathers and pet tumbleweed that’s under there even if I can’t run fully underneath. Also know that there is no setting that totally turns off rollers unless using wand tools. My hose for wand tool doesn’t seem to stretch as far as previous Shark, but since it has lift-away feature, It’s fine, it’ll just take getting used to or it will stretch w/more use, perhaps.
