I have searched for a reallly, really good printer, and finally found it. It reliable. I've had this for some time and just love it. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a printer that does what it says it will do.

I recommend purchasing a protection plan for any item you purchase as there may be an item that is defective. In my situation the motherboard on my washer turned out to defective which wasnt found out until years later after so many complaints. Highly recommended.

I upgraded to the Best Buy Total membership when I bought a computer a few years ago specifically for the included protection program. The fact that they also price match for up to 3 months after purchase has more than paid for itself. It does make me check Best Buy for products I need prior to buying somewhere else. I enjoy that all products come with a 2 year protection. They are also very easy to deal with when trying to apply the plan

Love Best Buy protection. The Geek Squad always assists me. Much of the time it's simple like settings. I just don't understand everything. They do go through with me if I should be able to learn but issues are so infrequent I forget and they always assist.

I love the protection I get with Best Buy total tech. Any issue I have it's cared for quickly. Can't say enough good about it.

I’ve paid for the yearly Best Buy protection plan for many years. Back when it was called Total Tech and when they peovided more value (i.e. free delivery and install of larger purchases). Unfortunately over the years the price has continued to be the same (right around $200/yr) but features continue to be removed which dilutes the product. I guess I could somewhat understand that happening if they didn’t make it so hard to use the plan. In had a Keurig coffee maker die on me in the past year so I had to bring it in to the Oakdale BBY rather than just be able to ship it back to them and get a new one. I spent over an hour working with them to try to just get it swapped out (it isnt a repair item), because they didnt have the same color in stock. Fine, just give me whatever you have. So much back and forth to try to get that to work.. almost like they are trained to try to make it as difficult as possible to use the plan. Not sure bow much longer ill keep paying for it. Shame.. it has to make BBY a ton of money… ever since i have had the plan, i buy nearly all my big purchases at BBY to get them covered. Now that Amazon has a similar program, might be time to just go back to gettinf everything there.

We have purchased a number of electronics and other items from Best Buy and it's comforting to know that the 24 month protection provided by Best Buy is in place for all of them. Far better than any manufacturers warranty.

I like that it covers items I buy for two years. Yes it a little on the pricey side for a year. But I have saved at least $1300 for the year. If you are a frequent shopper then yes get it. Also have total member sales as well.

The Best Biy Protection plan has saved me so much money. It’s absolutely worth the cost. I have a special needs son who doesnt know his own strength so many accidents happen. Thank Goodness for this plan as its literally saved me thousands. Highly reccomend to everyone to get. Its worth it. Plus, ai love the receipt history and the service assistantance at Best Buy is outstanding.

I love having the total tech support membership. It provides extended warranties on items. I’ve had a Shark cordless vaccum die while it was covered, and i walked out of the store with a brand new one at no charge and another extended warranty on it. Same with my Macbook Pro M2, it has Apple Care+ since I bought it almost 2 years ago. Now that it has almost expired, I received a notification on it asking me to purchase more coverage before it expires so that I am covered, which of course I will be buying. I cannot say enough positive things about the coverage, it is more than worth it and I will always have a membership as long as it is offered. Get it while you can, it’s a very wise investment.
