A: If your complaint is it got lost in the mail tou have to report it to the store. They will order you a new item after it is confirmed lost . My recommendation is to take the item back to the store to have it registered especially if a protection plan was purchased.

A: You can get a replacement from any type of defects or damages to the item. Doesn't cover any lost and stolen items.
