I bought this and the kindle scribe. After using noth products ill keep the kindle for reading. The Remarkable is a real game changer. After a bit of practice it is quite easy to use.

Being a parent you never know how long something will last but with this you have piece of mind knowing your products are protected.

It is always a good idea to have insurance. Peace of mind.

Absolutely love the BestBuy protection plan option. Just hope that I do not ever have to use it though. Although I did have to use it for my washer and I couldn't have asked for any better service and repair.

I Purchased total tech when I bought my TV and sound bar and mount from Best Buy over a year ago. It has paid off in dividends. I have moved and have had multiple people out here to troubleshoot equipment. It’s worth it’s weight and gold.

I am a big fan of the BBP. I am very hard on my computers, so they might not be such big fans of how much use I get out of it. Totally worth the money :)

I love the service but wish the online chat squad was better trained and could get to resolving the issue quicker. They take too long.

Didn't know with a Best Buy card it was included with the purchase. Nice future with Best Buy. Hate buying online when you can talk with their staff to help direct you!

This monthly protection has paid for itself as I’ve had to have my old laptop serviced and had my files transferred over to my new laptop at no extra charge.

Great gaming Pc, my son picked it out for Christmas and he was able to put it together himself and set it up. And he’s only 12 so it’s a win win he still in love with the pc

I was able to take my PC into the Geek Squad where they verified that they could not access the hard drive. It actually started sparking and burn smell when tech tried to charge the battery in front of me. End of that story.

This Best Buy Protection plan is a must have as far as I am concerned. It definitely provides peace of mind and reassurance that I have help readily available if /when I need it.

I’ve used the protection before and this is always a good deal in my mind. I haven’t been disappointed with any protection plan I’ve purchased at Best Buy.
