This monthly protection has paid for itself as I’ve had to have my old laptop serviced and had my files transferred over to my new laptop at no extra charge.

I love the service but wish the online chat squad was better trained and could get to resolving the issue quicker. They take too long.

I was able to take my PC into the Geek Squad where they verified that they could not access the hard drive. It actually started sparking and burn smell when tech tried to charge the battery in front of me. End of that story.

This Best Buy Protection plan is a must have as far as I am concerned. It definitely provides peace of mind and reassurance that I have help readily available if /when I need it.

Normally this service part is great. Responsive and easy to get in touch. My last experience was a frustrating nightmare. Hours on the phone. Item was delivered not working. Will take more than a week from delivery before a service guy can show up. Now we have a refrigerator that doesn't work. What are we going to do for food? I'm a cook. I've not eaten out of boxes in ages. I shouldn't have to.
