I give this an excellent rating because Best Buy offers a great deal but mostly they offer products that are worthy and protection is an added bonus if something had gone wrong, but nothing is wrong.

Have used Best Buy's Geek Squad for many years. Their service online has been invaluable when I've worked on the road and needed a computer glitch fixed. They have always gotten me up and running quickly, without the hassle of making a long drive when I am working away from home.

I finished my order in about 5 minutes, added all the features, plus free protection plan. So happy, can't wait to get my sub-woofer for great sound.

We have both been pleased, for the most part, by our Best Buy Protection plan.

This, thus far seems to be worth it. -expedited service -no questions asked -and other benefits I can't even begin to talk about because I have not had cause to use them

I’ve used my BeatBuy protection plan a few times. I can’t speak highly enough about the service and support. I use it with my kids who aren’t always close enough for me to do tech support. They’ve used the BestBuy support service several times.
