    This is a great product to have if you are worried at all, about needing to have any repair or are worried about what you use it for and it potentially damaging/breaking, this is that extra piece of mind.

    I like the simplicity of adding new items to the plan instead of having a plan for each electronic device I have. I also like the various other features such as the help desk and the additional free shipping and set up on most items

    It is better to have 2-year protection plan for most of the purchases from BestBuy. Once in a while when a product does not work properly, there is an option to go to BestBuy and get an exchange or get a refund in form of rewards.

    A must have. Definitely worth it. I utilize this for free screen protector installations. Saves me money every month. Comes with webroot security for free and there’s other perks. Laptop gets fixed whenever I need it.

    I haven't had to use it (and hopefully I won't ever need to) but this protection on all electronics purchased at Best Buy comes included with my Totaltech Membership. It is well worth the membership price.
