    Can't go wrong buying the protection. We buy a lot of our electronics from Best Buy and even though we have had little trouble a few times we have they've fixed it or replaced it quickly.

    I go to sleep with no worries because I know when I wake up if any of my Best Buy products aren't working all I have to do is make a call and the squad is on the way. No muss no fuss no extra charges

    I've only had to use this once, but it was 100% hassle free. I know they've changed the program recently, but I'm assuming the process/service is similar.

    I have teen so Best Buy gets a fair amount of money from me every year. The total tech membership assures you of a true no questions asked return policy if something fails I like it.
