I renew this every year. Has been a lifesaver, especially when I dropped a one day old laptop and shattered the screen! When it wasn't fixable, it was replaced at no charge to me.

Purchased this with a new TV and sound system. Love the protection and service that comes with it. Hoping I never use it, but for the cost it was worth it on the tv.

Yeah, I gave it 5 stars. So there are all kinds of perks, free delivery, free software installation, and free annual check-ups on your computers, but you have to read ALL OF THE FINE PRINT to see what it does. I did and I use it.

Haven’t had to use the service yet, but the feeling my purchases are covered for 2 years is nice.

The protection program is great to have when purchasing expensive electronic, just in case. Saves us a lot of money.

I have had this since the program was started. It has been a great plan. I am very disappointed that they have removed free installations from the plan.

I am a believer that having protection on any new product is very important to have, just in case you initially buy a "lemon."

I would recommend that with every BIG/Expensive purchase always get the BestBuy protection plan. If anything goes wrong they will definitely replace the product or give you a BestBuy gift card.

Covers all of my devices and appliances bought at Best Buy for $200/year. Used to replace a dented fridge door, includes exclusive deals and discounts. Worth it!
