As part of Total Care membership I feel this is worth the money. Given the amount of money it would cost to insure phones and all the other items we purchase at Best Buy this pays for itself.

I find the plan to be a worthwhile investment as my all-in-one computer is a higher version of my 10 year old computer that died and I noticed that the towers being made had no CD drive or Flash drive plugs and the Geek Squad rep had to show me where in my e-mail where my contacts were

Everything is less than a month old & I haven't had to file a claim. But having the protection plan does provide some assurance...as it's insurance.

We buy the Total Protection Plan for everything we can and so far it has always proven to be worth it. It is comforting just knowing that we can pop into a BestBuy anywhere and get help.

I love the speakers, it doesn’t shake the ceiling but it works better when put in pairs. I put just one speaker at the kitchen and it’s not effective like the living room where there’s 3 speakers
