Best Buy protection plans are top of the line. Always worth the extra money, in my opinion. It's one of the main reasons I buy ALL of my electronics from here!

Having the protection plan allows me to be worry free if anything should go wrong. The employees have been wonderful when I've had any returns.

I'm so happy I took out the Best Buy protection plan. The Geek Squad helped set up my 2 new thermostats when I had some challenges and they did it without further cost! I have another appointment set up already to review some other problems.

Best Buy plans are worth it. We have saved a lot of time and money by dealing with Best Buy instead of the manufactures. I recommend BB Total to everyone.

Good idea to get this, especially if you are not as technically savvy as the Geek Squad. They always answer the phone and have always solved my problems.

I like the sound of it just wish the speaker was simpler, they try to use the power button for everything. Besides that it’s a good small speaker. One feature I like is the fact you can pair it up with other sonos products. I can place it on the opposing side of the sonos beam and it plays the same sound out of both. I recommend this speaker of its on sale

I like the 24 month protection plan .I have total protection.

I find having the Protection Program in place -- it means I can buy from Best Buy with confidence, knowing that they stand behind whatever I am getting.

I chose this product to ensure I’m provided choices for ring tones as well video coverage. My free trail was ending and I did not want to loose the coverage because I enjoyed and continues to enjoy great clear and dependable tones.

Logan did an excellent job. He went right to work. Very friendly and informative. Showed us different methods different techniques to use on the computer and he saw the original problem we had.
