I have been a TotalTech member since it went into Beta, and it was totally worth it. I have only had to replace one item purchased under my TotalTech membership protection. That single experience went so well that I will continue my membership for as long as I can foresee. I had an item that failed after just under 1 year of service. I walked into my local BestBuy and went to the customer service counter prepared to make my case for replacement of this defective item. I was amazed to find that all I had to do was show my original purchase receipt, and request a refund. Refund was approved and I upgraded to a new unit. The simplicity that TotalTech afforded me in this transaction was worth every penny spent on the membership fee. I will continue my membership just for the protection it provides.

Love is product, first off the price was perfect, this mid-size microwave has a sleek and modern look. Very easy to clean. Its an air fryer, broiler and microwave. Has safty features that locks the door and/or warns you food is hot. Best buy for your money.

Best Buy protection has been a godsend! I’ve used a few times, especially on ear plugs. My ears are so small that I can’t use the smallest attachment. My new Shokz is the product that fit my life style. I can do PT, workout, ride my bike, listen to my favorite music and books! Great product and so suitable for small eared folks. They say small eared individuals are cheap, well my Shokz proves you right and it best quality earphones. Tried boze, Apple, and Sony, but none fit right. So happy and satisfied! Thank you.

It is great having protection on the products. Best Buy is very helpful with products and there is protection and it’s able to get service when needed.

I switched to this smart lock from the Google Nest X Yale as that lock stopped recognizing in the Nest app and they no longer have over the phone support. The lock was easy overall to install and setup. Guidance was straightforward on the app and easily established users and numeral codes and fingerprint setup. Only issue I have is that it won’t allow remote access unless a bridge is purchased separately but if I give access to the people my family allows then I’m fine without that feature. We have a doorbell camera anyway so I can see who is there and handle accordingly. I will say there was some users who input the numeral code sequence incorrectly so there’s a bit of adjustment.

I have had to use this once and am about to use again. The piece of mind is worth the cost!

Anyway works. If you want the best from the best I suggest you get a professional to install it or do it yourself if you are very tech savy. I ran through a whole lot of mesh system and this has been the best and most stable i have had. I would highly recommend

I couldn't say enough about these head phones. I have both the "Open Run" & the "OPEN COMM2". They both have incredible sound, the caller on the other end has no idea you are wearing a bluetooth device and my wife has to remind me ot take them off as I forget theat I am wearing them at the end of the day. In terms of product presentation, I am talking Apple Quality.
