The customer service skills of the technician was excellent. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. And he was able to solve the computer proble. I've been going to Geek Squad for a lot of years. I would definitely keep using this excellent service.

As a customer i enjoy the extra discounts and the finacing . I was able to to get a price match for my laptop i bought 6 weeks ago . It helped me lower my credit usage . I am coming in to also get the tax free on that same laptop just cause i still havent reached 60 days .

Love the fact I have this coverage. They install all my appliances and I buy almost all big ticket items from Best Buy. The financing is also a great addition. I recently found out they have a 24 hr support line when my yale touch door lock was malfunctioning. All the technicians I have come in contact with have be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have nothing negative to say. I only shop in one store when Best Buy sells what I need.

So fer so good, i am a total tech member and enjoy the extra added coverage of protection. But i have hougjt several appliances & of course on year 3 i am having problems with them. No fault to best buy, maybe just a samsung issue. besides that when needed they have been good & the extra feeling of security for all of my devices is good.

Every year when the renewal comes around, I ask myself, should I renew? Then I quickly realize, YES! It gives me tremendous peace of mind to know that I can get the help I need when something isn't right. I'm not terribly techy and they are always very patient with me.

I'm sorry but I don't have fifty words about my protection plan however my products work so well I haven't had to use my plan yet...

the warranty is worth every dollar i spent because it protects the consumer from having to pay out of protect if the product breaks down.

I have been using this monitor for awhile now and it has numerous apps I can also add. I have watched YouTube, Hulu , Netflix etc. I really enjoy the free Samsung channel. I watch movies, cooking shows, reality shows etc, I can control it with my phone or tablet if I don't want to use the remote.
