Havent had to use it (and not complainin' either!) yet but having it around is sense of satisfaction that Bestbuy got my products' back! I strongly recommend it if you are frequent BB shopper like me or buying big appliances, etc.

I used this as my second monitor. The most stress it would see was the occasional ball game while gaming on my main. It shorted out the other day with just discord and steam running on it. I normally trust Acer and will give it a second chance if I can get another.

Always get the protection plan! Never know when life is going to happen!
