Very much worth the cost if you purchase several items from Best Buy. My daughter dropped her new phone 3 days after getting it. Went in and got an exchange and actually made $100 as the phone had gone on sale.

Once again, Best Buy resolved our computer needs. We have interacted with Best Buy so many times over the past few years and we have NEVER been disappointed!!! The quality of the merchandise is always superb and the Geek Squad resolves any and all issues.

I feel a lot better knowing that I've got this available. It's computers or to do with the computer and I'm over 50. I've only know what an app was for two years, so knowing if I mess up there is someone there to help me fix it makes me less nervous and less likely to drop and break it.

This is a great program that if you have to have anything installed, the price of the geek squad, pretty much covers the installation costs, and it’s a good peace of mind, knowing that if you have any complications or problems, it can be repaired or replaced through this program

Monthly protection plan is definitely beneficial because if an item breaks the are able to fix it or if has to be replaced. They can replace the item

Great service. Haven't used it yet though so can't give a really knowledgeable rating until I need to use it for a broken item. And the automatic renewal is maybe not the best either. I would like to give the on whether I want to renew or not rather than just be automatically renewed.

Best Buy's 24 month Protection is one of the reasons I'll always buy from them.
