I’m so glad I got this because I’m not a real techie kind of person and when the thing act goofy and sometimes even the agent doesn’t know what to do, but at least I have somebody to call for help.

I love the idea no matter how good the product is, this protection package is great to have, for the unseen issues that can arise and with this protection its a relief that we had this option to purchase.

New Monitor - they didn't have the one in the store at the time we were there but the Best Buy Tech showed us one that wasn't in the box, and we brought it home. It was a great buy and we love the new monitor. So much bigger and clear, easy to read.

I Love the Best Buy Protection program. It costs money up front but then whenever I purchase I save as well as when things need repaired I save. When I purchase big items they get delivered for free. This program is a win-win for me. well worth it.

Best Buy Protection is very good, It is umbrella, but if you buy more item in Best Buy better to have it, me i always buy everything in Best Buy store so far, i spent a lot money, and expensive items that the reason i have Best Buy protection

It took some learning, but once you understand the device, it becomes easy to use. I love being able to control the thermostat from my phone. So I can change it when I'm away and forget to lower it.
