Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.) protects for up to 24 Months

I was hesitant to purchase but based on the coverage on the phones I always purchase at best buy this is a better option than a phone protection policy with verizon. I havent really taken advantage of the member discounts, but can see how someone who buys exclusively from best buy can offset the cost with the discounts offered

Not sure why bby allows or ask me leave review for protection plan multiple times, but here is copy and paste of my previous review of it. As long time bby customer, I always purchased product protectation plan. And now being total tech member, I feel even comfier buying products from bby since even small items comes with 2 years.

We have had the Total Protection plan since 2018. We appreciate the help when we have a problem. Even when traveling, we have used the program. We always get more than our money's worth each year.

I love my Best Buy Protection Plan. I have had this plan on EVERY THING I PURCHASE. IT DEFINITELY IS WORTH THE FEE. YOU ALWAYS KNOW YOU WILL GET GREAT SERVICE WITH BEST BUY.

This has been a better purchase than I’ve ever imagined. I’m just starting to get into the whole smart home game but this doubles as a “fire stick” and like an echo show or dot. I would recommend this to everyone plus it’s super snappy when navigating the menus. 10/10

Bought this to feel safer being in my own home . I am able to monitor when I am away from home as well as being at home I love being home but also want to feel safe and with tia system I do just that thank you Best Buy.

On the third day I had my laptop, I had accidentally downloaded a file. Well, I couldn't come to the store. So the technician remotely controlled my laptop while staying on the phone with me. Removed the download and ran a test on my computer for malware. My problem was fixed free of charge.
