I love total tech simply for the free shipping and installation. But the peace of mind having 24 months of coverage on my items is also great. I'm always able to connect with a team member in a short amount of time over the phone. Have renewed the subscription and will continue to do so.

Never have had any issues with replacing when a product has any defects

if you review things like this you get an additional 25 rewards points, so i think thats worth it. the 24 months came with my purchase because i am a total tech member. the one thing i dont like about total tech is that you can only use a certain amount of protections before you are ineligible for some reason.

Best Buy Protection has been wonderful over the years. I have used it for my Desktop Computer at-home system refurbishing when needed to keep it running in top condition. The Geek Squad Technicians are very knowledgable in running their system diagnostic software to ensure its peak peerformance.

Epson Eco Tank has been our go-to printer for the last several years. Very reliable and great print quality. Also; refilling ink is a breeze. I don't miss the past with printers that only last for 6 to 8 months before needing replacement.

Geek Squad came through after a rough start. typical of large corporations , it is tough to get quality employees but I found one.

They are great guys at Best Buy, They did a great job, but they locked us out of our computer, and we had to bring it back to get help for this problem. This should never have happened

This is the best thing since slice bread. I love the fact that you don’t need to be hassled if you have a problem with your items you can just bring it back to the store they will fix or replace the item. In some cases even refund.
