It works well but it doesn't make a squeaking noise now when I use it. It's not that loud but I do notice it whenever I use it.

I gave up after 9 months. There was a constant fight with iot devices disconnecting. Dropping of connections inside and disconnections of the mesh network itself. There has only been two firmware updates for it and it did not help. I am heavily investing in KASA and Tapo home automation devices and even they had difficulties connecting to the DECO BE16000. The DECO app is the only real way to manage the devices. In router mode you can not disable the DHCP server.

Pretty good if you use total tech, but if you shop on websites other than Best Buy it can be a waste

documents looked good while it worked. Had it for a month and now it says the paper tray isn't in correctly. I have taken it out, put it back, checked for jammed paper, etc. Everything is as it should be but it still won't print. I have wasted way too much time on this. Bought it because of the ink but am ready to go back to cartridges. I don't have hours to waste trying to fix things that are not broken. Very frustrating.

I bought total tech for the main reason of saving in install costs for things I knew I was getting such as an outdoor camera system - and what it would have cost me to pay for install easily covered the cost of this total tech. Apple care being included for my iPad Pro is a huge plus as well. I’ll be honest in saying this. I’ve now had 4 different installs using total tech, the first one to come do an install for me was a wireless router network install. I was specific on the notes and discussing what I needed done when setting up the install. Instead of sending the proper member of geeksquad/BestBuy they sent me a guy that does home theatre installs. All this guy was able to do plug the stuff in, postuon it, which I could have done easily myself. They just blatantly lied to me on the phone when assuring me this would be everything I need, the proper person would be sent to do my install, needless to say I had to get a reschedule for the right person to configure it properly for me (which I’m still waiting on and won’t be for another 4 days) so while the equipment is up and running - do not believe a word they tell you in the phone about the knowledge of the people they send. I’ve had 4 different people come to my home for installs and so far all 4 had to get rescheduled.. really horrible contractors they use as well -,was sent people from master Tech.. just horrible and very unprepared. But for the warranty if the items break, it’s worth it for sure as is saving on the install costs. But don’t expect to get it right the first time. You’ll be disappointed.

I bought this extended warranty for 2 years to feel protected and when I needed it they did not respond as they should have, I had to personally take the laptop to Apple, I had to pay $192 each year for nothing, they treated me badly, they gossiped among themselves and on top of everything they wanted to charge me for a diagnosis for something that was under warranty, total rubbish, do not buy extended warranties because they do not work.

I believe the Best Buy warranty is limited to two incidents a year and for each incident you still have to pay a fee. To me, those limitations substantially detract from the value of this service offering. I have not had to use it yet, because Best Buy had to come to the house to correct its own installation shortcomings for free.

The Samsung Phone quit working after 2 months and a replacement cost me $80. More than I expected it to be. I needed a replacement for a $1200 phone within 2 months.

its pretty go as far as returns but as to fixing anything not so good. they have never fixed anything they just come out and tell you its broken. then you return it.

I haven't had anything break yet. This makes it very difficult to review. I do know that I shouldn't have any repair bills for 2 years

I have ben paying for Total protection for 4 years. HDMI ports quit working on my monitor but they can't "replicate the issue". Will not renew in august. Buying elsewhere. Massive loss for BB. I was a really good customer, until now.

Only gave 3 stars since I have not had to use the protection plan yet. Overall, it seems like an excellent plan but I'll now more as time goes on.

This has to be one of the easiest routers to set up. However, it doesn't have as good connection as my other deco XE75 PRO and I had 0 issues with it just wanted to be wifi 7 ready. My devices kept buffering despite having 5 gig fiber. I'm returning it and I'm just gonna wait until more updated ones come out

I love having the the extra piece of mind for the long run.

Okay protection, I like how they install the camera but if something were to happen and you need help I’ve been waiting for months
